Project Overview

ZECO Energy's website is causing a negative user experience due to confusing layout and navigation, outdated color palette and typography, lack of responsiveness, and unclear call-to-action. This is leading to low engagement and conversion rates, resulting in a loss of potential customers.

In addition, ZECO has low activity on social media platforms, contributing to low website traffic. To address these issues and attract more customers, ZECO needs to revamp its website and social media post strategy, focusing on improving design, user experience, and content, aligned with the company's branding and business objectives.

Redesign Ideation

A clean and simple website design is crucial for easy user navigation and highlighting important information. To achieve this, we replaced the homepage with service pages and optimized the structure and content for user accessibility.

Our navigation menu is clearly labeled, and we added prominent CTA buttons to encourage user action. By prioritizing user feedback and streamlining the design, we removed unnecessary buttons, resulting in faster information access and increased user engagement

Wireframe

The redesign website plan focuses on minimal page navigation and a simple application process. Simplified and optimized the previous complex process based on the new user flow.

based on the new user flow, I designed the low-fidelity prototype and added new features like social media links and a newsletter subscription section. The design concept prioritizes simplicity and seamless navigation to increase user engagement.

UI Design Outcome

A high-fidelity prototype for ZECO Energy's website was developed using Figma after creating a low-fidelity wireframe. The landing page was changed to the service page to cater to the brand value and target audience. Reading content was reduced and a subscription function and social media links were added to assist the marketing team in user management.

A user feedback section was included to showcase Zeco Energy's brand influence, and horizontal scrolling was implemented instead of previous vertical scrolling to improve browsing speed. The service application steps on the Contact page were streamlined to minimize user waiting time.
